   This is a great presentation by Merlin Mann of http://www.43folders.com/. Not to sound trite, but this presentation literally changed the way I handle all the e-mail I receive on a daily basis.

   Gone are the days of separate folders for each topic; now, any mail I need to keep is labeled with a keyword (I use MailTags on my Mac) and placed in a single Archives folder. Also, I delete a ton of e-mail that don’t require a response (whereas I used to respond to almost all of my e-mail).
