This weekend for the new Scarred: Life Hurts, God Heals series we’re doing a video on pain and God’s relationship to us. How great is this passage:
1 O Lord, how long will you forget me? Forever?
How long will you look the other way?
2 How long must I struggle with anguish in my soul,
with sorrow in my heart every day?
How long will my enemy have the upper hand?3 Turn and answer me, O Lord my God!
Restore the sparkle to my eyes, or I will die.
4 Don’t let my enemies gloat, saying, “We have defeated him!”
Don’t let them rejoice at my downfall.5 But I trust in your unfailing love.
I will rejoice because you have rescued me.
6 I will sing to the Lord
because he is good to me.

here’s a tip (coming from someone who uses blogger and wordpress)
blogger automatically makes sweet looking thumbnails for you.
if you get wordpress to make them for you – they don’t always turn out that great.
so i quickly crop them for wordpress myself. and then when posting images rather than ‘showing thumbnail’ i chose ‘show full-size’
if you don’t already have a sweet cropping program… i use use on a quick and handy little one called irfanview. http://www.irfanview.com

ps – basically what i’m saying is that the image above looks great when you click on it… but it sucks in thumbnail view!!!
