I’ve now had Skyline Chili. The secret ingredient is nutmeg, supposedly, but I think the not-so-secret ingredient is cheese. Amazing piles of cheese tonight in front of me. So good …

    I hope you had 3 way & a coney. Many just do coneys on their first venture. I grew up in Cincy and had my fair share of Skyline when I lived there. The other secret ingredient is the hot sauce!
