- SNL is DOA … having Palin/Fey is the only part that is remotely interesting.

- The iPod Touch’s battery life is staggeringly bad.
- 30 Rock is a decent enough show, but 4 Emmy Awards? Overrated.
- I think the background of the NBC’s Football Night in America is a video feed of Rockefeller Center, not the real thing.
- I hate it when movie trailers give away too much – Exhibit A: Eagle Eye.
- Project Runway is such a good show. I know!
- Man, those debates were boring. Wake me up when the VPs hit the stage.

I usually agree with you on most everything…and see you as my guru to all things techy. But you are WAY wrong on the Office premier…coming on the heels of last year’s season kickoff of the Fun Run and the year before with Gay Witch Hunt, two of the funniest episodes history, this week’s was just OK. Funny at times, but nothing blog worthy! Which is why 30 Rock, the best comedy since Arrested Development, won 4 Emmys! Come on buddy!
I disagree with Joel, this weeks office was great. It reminded me of the second year a lot more than last year’s episodes…which to me is a good thing. Last year seemed really slow and bogged down. I just wish they would have played more off of the “Kevin is special” thing, that to me was hilarious.
Some of your points make me feel like we don’t even know each other anymore. Ok you don’t know me at all, but SNL, Project Runway, and your 30 Rock statements…

Office was greatness. I too thought it returned to its season 2 form.
Office performed poorly with me, because Sacramento NBC dropped signal 20 min. into the broadcast…Hulu it is.
30 rock is the best show ever…how dare you say it didn’t deserve all of it’s emmys!
