We recently update our small group Circles of Awesomeness from this Fall to get an idea of the current state of fellowship in our ministry. Here’s the report:

• “Love It!” = If there are students that need to be added to small groups they should be added to these groups. 70%
• “A Little Big!” = Good enough, but probably shouldn’t add any more students without getting a co-leader for this group or splitting this group into two. 17%
• “Needs Help!” = Needs a co-leader or to be split into two groups. 13%
