Kurt had a great post about youth ministry research and development. The jist of it is a warning that we can’t focus all of our resources on “the machine” and need to pour some into experiments and ideas. What’s working today won’t always work tomorrow. There’s also a call to consider ministry to students on the edge, and not just concentrating on the mainstream. I dig it.
