This reminds me of the lady a while back who sued McDonalds and won because she spilled her coffee on her lap while driving, and was amazed when the coffee burnt her…where is this world heading?
The real victim in this story? The shoe. The poor shoe, abandoned by heartless Alexa … oh, and journalism was horribly victimized too …
