I had to opportunity to preach in ‘big church’
last week, and I taught over Colossians 3:1-17. I called it “The Battle of the Selves.” In the intro, I talked about how we sometimes try to hide/ignore/cage our old nature. I showed this video and followed it up with an N.T. Wright quote about sin: “Caged, sin remains an animal, alive and dangerous; a constant threat to its captors.”
