I must be a sucker for leadership books written as fables (Patrick Lencioni is the best at this) – I seem to read a whole bunch of them. Up this week is a book that was sent to me for review called Great Leaders Grow by Ken Blanchard and Mark Miller. It is also an easy read – following the journey of a son whose father passed away and was searching for the truths he passed down to others and believed he also had the potential to unlock. Here are the 4 big ideas:
