For my wife’s birthday a couple of weeks ago I got her a Garmin Nuvi 200 GPS unit for the minivan. Honestly, she wasn’t super excited about it at first, but fell in love with it in 10 days. It couldn’t be easier to use, and while it doesn’t know everything, you can train it pretty quickly. For a little over $100 I’m now a GPS hero in my house. I find myself driving the minivan a bit more just to use it lately, too … so fun.

I wouldn’t be able to survive without my GPS! Having just moved to this church and community six months ago, I use it ALL THE TIME. I didn’t think I would when it was given to me, but it has been a life saver!!!
haha I have that same GPS and when I first got it I used it everywhere I went even if it was to church! I love that thing!
I just bought that same model since the conference, for my birthday (that hasn’t happened yet) and I love it! Do you know that in the settings there is a setting that tracks every where you’ve been and marks it with a blue line (that doesn’t reset when you reset trips) so you can fill your conquerer fix. I’ve taken a new way home everyday since I got it.
I have the Garmin Nuvi 200W and also love it! It’s kind of like at DVR – once you have one, you won’t ever want to go without it.
Have you discovered the customized Points of Interest feature? The best site for those that I’ve found is http://www.poi-factory.com/poifiles/alpha. It will revolutionize the way you use your GPS!
Rob, that is great! Thanks.
1st, I agree that Matt McNutt would get lost without one! Were you tlaking about training the GPS or your wife?
Be careful with it. My father has had 2 stolen from his truck in the past year, and a 3rd that just froze and wouldn’t work. He has no luck with them.
