I just did one of those height/weight calculators online to see how much I should really weigh - the top end of the weight window was 194. So according to that, I’m more than 100lbs overweight. You?

Apparently I’m also 100lbs overweight.. I’m 6′5″ and it says I should weigh 156-210.. honestly, if I weighed 210 lbs, I would look like a rake.. however, knowing I’m over weight, I’ve been working on it. I bought a bowflex 2 weeks ago, and honestly, I went from 330lbs to 310 in 2 weeks. So, I’m still working on it.. although, I’ve been sick for the past week. I’ve been doing a 30 minute workout 5 days a week (bowflex recommends 3 days, but, I like the consistency of 5) and I’ve also been watching what I eat.. so, it seems to be working

I just checked the calculator and I should be 184 max., I just weighed in yesterday to get in on the “I am a loser” competition and I am at 256. 72 pounds to lose. I also just ordered an awesome wifi enabled scale to help me out during the next 12 weeks! I’m also using Daily Burn to track my food intake and exercise. It’s free and they have a great Iphone app. I’m also using RunKeeper to track my running. So now I’m all geared up, nothing left but to do it. Do you have any web sites or apps that your using to help monitor your progress
