Does the drop in class happen at the big meetings as well/continue into the college age? Questions come from thinking/working through a whole variety of transitioning issues (biggest issue for us is at the 14/15 age going from a programme to church though). We're still taking registrations so I hope the percentages get better, but I'm a realist, too. This is going to be pretty close to the final numbers. I'm not sure of our leader average, I would say we're building a legacy of long-term leaders right now - we've very much had it in the past but the last couple years we've had more falloff than desired or expected.
