Tonight’s opening general session was a massive amount of work – not only are we creating some fun new elements for the conference each year – we’re also juggling a ton of speakers, performers and artists who will also share the stage at the Simply Youth Ministry Conference this weekend.

I thought it might be fun to show you an example of the central document that pulls it all together – it is called the program sheet and the “show-final” version was draft number 23 that we printed today after several months of dreaming and planning. So here’s a little look behind the scenes at what happens on the main stage if you’re interested:
