I love top 10 lists, and this one is great. #5 seems kind of scary but is always well worth it :)

We hired one of the teens to help with facility projects this summer and having learned that he played on the HS basketball team, I challenged him to a daily free-throw contest. Small and simple.

Give the teens the same level of quality of stuff that the adults expect; in other words, not the left over cruddy folding chairs, fake soda when the adults get name brand stuff, etc. If adults expect the janitor to clean up their forgotten cups and knick knacks from services, don't complain that the teens don't clean up after themselves. Stuff like that. : )

If I'm honest, that's probably my biggest irritant when it comes to youth ministry and the church. Kids shouldn't get the leftovers.
