John, a couple of things have spurred this thinking: First, I simply don't think we've taken an honest look at our programs and why we do what we do for quite a while. Second...as a result of not taking evaluation of our programs we have added a whole lot of "peripherial" stuff that is fun, is good, is working, but may not be strategic or necessary. In fact, sometimes stuff that is working is actually working AGAINST you if it doesn't fall within your mission/vision/purpose statement and strategy for ministry.

Matt Hall is here telling us about that. Would love to hear more. We headed that direction a few years ago, but have always left the doors open. What moved you guys that direction?
