Second...as a result of not taking evaluation of our programs we have added a whole lot of "peripherial" stuff that is fun, is good, is working, but may not be strategic or necessary. In fact, sometimes stuff that is working is actually working AGAINST you if it doesn't fall within your mission/vision/purpose statement and strategy for ministry.
