REACH [ http://iamreach.com ] is a Fully Customizable student ministry website with student/leader interaction and ministry organizational web tools. I'm using it for my student ministry as my website and check-in system [ http://transitstudents.com ] . It allows for an easily customizable student ministry website, and it's pretty cheap too.
