		<description>This was a timely article. I&#039;m doing the interim thing until our new youth director steps on board. Just this week, a leader e-mailed many concerns to me. I felt dumped on. I finally told him, let&#039;s just talk in person so that&#039;s what I&#039;m waiting to do. Thanks for the wisdom in the article - the advice and timing were perfect! I&#039;m also remembering this is God&#039;s ministry and we get to serve our youth through it!</description>
