Impact’s 4 General Session Topics

We’re getting ready for the Impact weekend here in PA this weekend, it all starts tonight in about 9 hours. Here’s the topics Bob Lenz will cover, he’s the general session speaker at the event:

BGTF – Our culture promotes that there are many ways to find God, and youth especially are inundated with a variety of messages from media, society and even our churches. Yet there has always been, only is, and will always be one way to the Father – By Grace Through Faith.

Free Gift – In a world that tells us to just try harder, to apply ourselves and to get all we can, so many youth today lose sight of grace. Recapture the truth of the gospel and God’s unmerited, undeserved free gift.

Making A Difference – It’s easy to think that we can’t make a difference or impact the lives of others. Youth especially, are often given subtle messages that they can’t make a difference in the world until they’re older. But whether it’s from biblical times or in the present, God has always used ordinary people to do the impossible.

Grace to Go – Sadly, 90% of Christians never lead another person to faith. There are countless opportunities to share the hope of Christ with, yet our greatest tool may not be a strategic plan or evangelism technique. It is our job, our privilege and our responsibility to live our lives so that they may know.
