		<description>Maybe because I&#039;m horrible at delegating i would feel this way, but I think the comment about Productive delegation &quot;(it takes work to set someone up to succeed)&quot; might be the best leadership principle I&#039;ve heard in a long time. I&#039;ve never heard it that way or seen it model where your setting the other person up to be successful - thanks for the insight
