I love running with my Nike+ and you don’t have to have Nike+ shoes to use it. They have things that let you attach the device that goes into your shoe onto your shoelaces.

Hey, I have created a SYMC challenge for Nike + runners… It is “SYMC 2010 Run Your Butt Off challenge”. Think we can get Andy B into running with Nike? I love this, have been using for years.
