I am going to have to concur with Mark. I work with a team of men who are able to focus both on Middle and High School students. In my position I am able to assist with events and administration but the biggest joy I have is in making disciples of the young women! I wish more churches saw this as valuable.

Since we now have both middle school and high school pastors now we are needing a lady to focus on our girls. Big need that will have to wait

I agree somewhat with Kyle and Brett but I chose events because if someone was planning and organizing the events then I would be more available for leader training, discipleship, and lesson prep. The events are very important but at the same time very time and energy consuming during my week.

Yeah, I agree with Kyle. Someone to help with Admin would be great, but having someone to just focus on pastoring each Jr. High student and their leaders (who would do the same) would rock!
