Great article! I especially like the one about inviting the youth minister to speak in an adult service. I can't agree more. But I would add that the senior pastor should make sure that he/she is present when the youth minister preaches on a Sunday morning. I preach occassionally on Sunday morning, but only when the Senior Pastor is out of town. It makes me fill like I am only there to be a "filler" for the senior pastor.

Great article Josh. I feel that my relationship with my senior pastor is pretty good, but I know that if my Senior Pastor did any one of those 5 suggestions you had that would go a long way.
