A good post idea would be “How is your ministry coping with the given economic times?”

I’m in a small church, and was at a board meeting hearing about things that need to be done need to be paid for but money’s not coming in, so my team and I are looking at ways at doing different events, cutting out events, not needing new tech stuff, etc. My pastor even mentioned the other day that if I were not here, the church would probably not have my position nor want to add it. So, I’m just curious as to how others are coping with tough economic times without compromising on our ministry.
