The 75-Day Challenge

Over dinner tonight with a couple of HSM summer interns and a key volunteer it was decided we would all do a 75-day challenge to focus on eating right, exercise and sleep.

We’re going to track our progress until August 1st, where the person who loses the most weight (calculatedĀ as percentage of total body weight) wins everyone’s combined entry fee to the competition. I’m hoping to add to my Segway fund with the winnings – it all starts tomorrow!

So with the winning money for losing the most weight, you want to purchase a Segway to enable you to walk less? Seems a bit counter-productive to me……:)
