How about a follow up post, &quot;Why Small Churches Get Stuck&quot;. I think that those of us in small congregations feel this way too. It seems that sometimes there is not enough resources or people to keep those new programs moving. Things again get soggy.

It&#039;s kinda like cereal, no matter how much cereal I put in the bowl, if I leave it there long enough it&#039;ll get soggy.

Maybe it&#039;s not always the size of the Church/program its that we need to constantly be rotating in new people to keep that crispness.
